A daily scrub is conducted on every newly submitted project; missing project information will be sent to the rep via text.
Holdings &Cancels
A weeklys email will be sent to any rep who currently has a project in holding, or any rep who has a cancellation request submitted on their projects will be sent to the rep via text.
Commission Blockers
Any pending item that is required by Freedom Forever, that will create a clawback in rep pay; a weekly email will be sent to any rep with an active commission blocker.

Located inside the Freedom Forever Portal: available to all reps.

with any problem projects that need to be addressed by Freedom.
